Website delivery and server logs

When you access the website, the web server processes connection data required for technical delivery, particularly the IP address, time, requested file, data volume, referrer, browser and operating-system information. This processing supports secure and stable delivery and the prevention of misuse. The legal basis is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes; the technical retention period follows the web-hosting settings.

Enquiries

When you use the form or email us, we process the information you provide so that we can respond and, where relevant, take steps before entering into a contract. Depending on the enquiry, the message is received by Jenny Renard’s office or Mathurin Management. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for potential engagements and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Messages are retained only for as long as needed to answer the enquiry, handle follow-up questions and comply with legal obligations.

Form security

A technically necessary session cookie protects the contact form against manipulated requests. It serves no tracking purpose and ends with the browser session. To limit automated submissions, the IP address is pseudonymised with a secret key. Pseudonymous identifiers and submission times are held in a non-public area and considered within a rolling 24-hour window; older entries are removed on the next form submission.

Hosting and email delivery

The website is hosted on United Domains webspace. Email is delivered through the SMTP infrastructure configured in the private server area. The relevant providers process the data required for website delivery and message transmission.

External links

Links to Wien Ticket and Instagram establish a connection to the respective external service only when you choose to open them. The provider’s own privacy information then applies.

Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Contact office@jennyrenard.com to exercise them. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
